Digital transformation has become a number one priority for companies that want to remain competitive in the new global economy. As a company that went through the digital transformation itself, DigitalGO experienced first-hand the necessity to change, not only technology wise, but also on the level of culture. The customer-centric strategy must become the state of mind in order to succeed in the modern digital economy. The Econsultancy & Adobe report confirms this trend, based on the results of a global survey of almost 13 000 marketing, creative and technology professionals in the digital industry across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific. This year’s report had an interesting approach in analysing the top performing companies in order to identify how they are focusing their investments and strategies differently from their competitors.
